With a background in the healthcare field, Erik gained the ability to understand the complexity and importance of building trusted relationships, this transferred to the position he currently holds 

seamlessly.  He maintains the same value of upholding a "true to your word" reputation and operates with integrity and transparency.

Erik is actively involved in sports along with his family in the community and happily engages in his two teenager's activities, along with his wife.
