ABOUT
M&K Oil Company has been operating oil and gas wells in Northeast Wyoming since 1974. Utilizing experienced people and a fleet of service equipment to maintain and repair more than 650 operated wells, M&K Oil Company gets the job done right. It relies on the experience in operating oil and gas wells and the knowledgeable personnel to maintain its advantage as an operator in the oil and gas wells in Northeast Wyoming.
At M&K Oil Company, our goal is to efficiently and safely produce oil and gas in Northeast Wyoming, providing over 40 years experience and over 70 local knowledgable employees. We provide mission critical services such as anchor testing and setting, hot oil trucks, roustabout service, work over rigs, downhole pump repair, and vac trucks, this is ensuring to provide the best possible product.
To maintain the highest standards of operations, the anchors are tested and certified annually to ensure great depths of 10' and certified to OSHA standards.

HISTORY
M&K Oil Company, LLC. ("M&K"), has been operating wells in Wyoming since 1974, when C.M. "Mac" McLeland, his son Jim McLeland, and Bill Klodt drilled their first well. M&K is now under its third generation of McLeland management and intends to continue to operate oil and gas wells in Northeast Wyoming for generations to come. The success of M&K has opened the doors for a drilling company which has drilled over 200 wells since its inception, a gas gathering network, and lease hold companies.
Jim, Mac and Nathan have always kept a simple philosophy in the oil and gas business from acquiring leases, drilling wells and operating them; keep costs in line, take care of your investors and don't slow down.
